Do you love meeting and delighting people? Have a passion for creating hospitable experiences? Responsible for creating warm and inviting Guest experience by ensuring that the guests are well taken care of.
Interact with incoming guests and serve as a liaison between the customer and the restaurant.
Essential Functions ? Greets guest in a courteous and professional manner, utilizing company standardized greeting and by name when possible.
? Converse and engage with the customers throughout the shift.
Exemplify the company values and standards.
? Act as a liaison between Customers and the Management Team of the Store.
? Listen and proactively solve customer issues.
Be solution focused! ? Demonstrates accuracy, integrity and excellent customer service at all times.
? Must have full knowledge of products sold.
? Knowledgeable of company promos and customer related policies.
? The ability to de-escalate high tension situations regarding customers.
? Report Feedback regarding the customer experience to the management team.
? Possess full knowledge of Guest SOP and demonstrates execution of procedures.
? Performs other related duties as assigned.
? Ability to be welcoming to customers from all walks of life ? Ensure a high level of customer service/satisfaction and professionalism ? Influence customer shopping (upselling) ? Ability to work independently and effectively ? Proven communication and interpersonal skills ? Work in store 5 days a week including Saturday.
Minimum
Qualifications:
? Excellent communication skills ? Friendly, welcoming; Customer Service centered.
? High School Diploma ? Customer Facing Experience is Required.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
