Process Engineering Manager

  • Coordinates and directs projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals while directing the integration of technical activities.

  • Identifies opportunities to optimize equipment and oversee execution of projects.

  • Develops and manages Standard Work Instructions, Operating Procedures and Best Practices.

  • Leads troubleshooting for complexity level problems on high speed manufacturing equipment.

  • Analyzes work flows within and across all departments to determine synergies between various production lines.

  • Reviews KPI monitoring systems and determines ways to improve ability to maintain company operations.

  • Manages Failure Mode and Effects Analysis activity for each production line within a startup environment.

  • Analyzes capital expenditures and project designs to minimize costs.

  • Maintains an updated outlook on all associated business costs and delivers a quarterly report on pertinent industry trends to the management team.

  • Manages team of analysts, engineers and managers who are responsible for process improvement, new business proposals, systems support initiatives and facilities maintenance.

  • Provides design for new business opportunities and presents to potential customers.

  • Manages the process of preparing metrics and information, and presenting to associates and clients.

  • Oversees project management for new projects and process improvements.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

  • Bachelor?s degree in Engineering or related discipline

  • Master?s degree in Engineering or related discipline

Minimum Experience

  • Seven to ten years of experience in Engineering, Operations, Quality, Continuous Improvement or business process engineering

Minimum Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Extensive knowledge of equipment and automation

  • Excellent eye for detail

  • Proven ability to improve supply chain efficiency, increase throughput and first passed yield

  • Ability to lead a team of engineers in integrating new technology into existing business environment

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
